Service Description

Hey coach : Session zero + 10 weeks - 2k Please know: With this inquiry you’re asking Abella to reach out to you and make sure that you and her will be a good fit for one on one coaching. Please fill out all forms and she will reach out to you soon with details. {Here are some details about Hey-Coach.} - $2k - 10 weeks (payment plans available on website and Etsy) - one on one sessions - custom curriculum & training OR — a more fluid approach to our meeting, with more of a counselor approach to in session training without a structured course. (You choose) - join mini group of students where we practice together. - AFTER graduation of hey coach you have access to “alumni” sessions - 45 min sessions at $111.00 each. For pick up sessions. - Session zero is required and doesn’t count towards your training weeks. // in this session I’ll ask you lots of questions, so I may get a feel for where you’re at in your practice. This way I can build the right course for you. - Payments are up front or broken in half, must be paid in full by the end of course. (After speaking with Abella) - Session schedule is flexible, I like to meet bi-weekly to give you time to work on homework. If you need to move sessions or assignments that is OK. Mentorship : 6 Months - 5k / 12 Months - 9k Someone who was once my student became one of my closest friends, and as the boundaries of our relationship naturally changed, so did the way I engaged with her practice. I was no longer hearing about her experiences only within the structure of mentorship. I was witnessing the questions, frustrations, breakthroughs, patterns, and growing pains as they were actually happening. And that allowed me to offer something different: my wisdom more candidly, more directly, and with a much deeper understanding of the whole of her practice. At one point, she reflected that this kind of guidance had helped her progress and evolve in ways that felt even more fulfilling than our traditional mentorship had. That observation stayed with me. It made me reconsider what mentorship could look like. This program grew from that realization. To be clear: you are not purchasing my friendship. This is still a professional mentorship, with appropriate boundaries and expectations.
